Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to support customer relationships and oversee projects from concept through completion. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between clients, sales, and internal production teams, ensuring a seamless experience and high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers and internal teams, providing communication, coordination, and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner with client stakeholders including marketing, creative, and operations teams, as well as third-party partners
- Assist in developing product specifications, coordinating samples, and supporting testing or trial runs
- Manage projects from initiation through production and delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met
- Maintain accurate documentation and track project details within internal systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvements and share insights with internal teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or project coordination within a print manufacturing environment
- Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to think proactively, solve problems, and make informed decisions
Additional Details:
- Pay: $65,000-$80,000 (depending on experience)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
- Location: Fully onsite in the Minneapolis area
- Type: Direct Hire
